TPA3221 是一款可在全功率、空闲和待机状态下实现高效运行的大功率 D 类放大器。该器件具有高达 100kHz 带宽的闭环反馈,从而在音频频带内实现低失真并提供出色的音质。该器件以 AD 或低空闲电流 HEAD(高效 AD 模式)调制运行,最多可为 4Ω 负载提供 2 x 105W 的峰值功率,或为 2Ω 负载提供 1 x 208W 的峰值功率。

TPA3221 具有单端或差分模拟输入接口,最高支持 2VRMS,具有四种可选增益:18dB、24dB、30dB 和 34dBTPA3221 还实现了大于 90% 的效率、低空闲功率 (<0.25W) 和超低待机功耗 (< 0.1W)。这是通过采用 70mΩ MOSFET、经优化的栅极驱动方案和低功耗运行模式实现的。TPA3221 内置一个 LDO,便于集成到单电源系统中。为进一步简化设计,该器件集成了重要的保护功能,包括欠压、逐周期电流限制、短路、削波检测、过热警告和关断以及直流扬声器保护。
