Abstract

This report covers the radiation characterization results of theTRF0208-SP (5962R2420201PXE), an 11GHz 3dB BW, single ended to differential ADC driver amplifier. The study was done to determine Total Ionizing Dose (TID) effects under high dose rate (HDR) up to 100krad(Si). The results show that all samples passed well within the specified limits up to 100krad(Si).
