TPSM846C23 是一款 35A 固定频率降压电源模块,兼容 PMBus 并支持 PMBus 命令,可实现对电源稳压器主要功能的配置、控制和监控。该模块包含控制器、电源 MOSFET、电感器和相关组件,采用坚固耐用的耐热增强型表面贴装式封装。用户提供输入和输出电容器及少量其他无源组件即可设置该模块的运行参数。这两个模块可配置为并联工作,以提供最高可达 70A 的两相电源解决方案。

PMBus 接口提供输出电压、UVLO、软启动、软停止、过电流和热关断等参数的转换器配置。该接口还具有遥测支持功能,可报告实际输出电压、输出电流和器件温度。此外还支持标准 PMBus 警告故障功能。该器件支持 PMBus 通信,速度最高可达 400kHz,并在 PMBus 1.3 规范下支持一小组命令。

该器件采用 15mm × 16mm 组件尺寸,可轻松焊接到印刷电路板上,并可实现紧凑的负载点设计。
