SN74HCS137 是一款 3 线至 8 线解码器，具有锁存地址输入、一个标准输出选通 (G0) 和一个低电平有效的输出选通 (G1)。当锁存使能 (LE) 输入为低电平时，该器件充当标准 3 线至 8 线解码器。当锁存使能 (LE) 输入为高电平时，地址锁存器保持其先前的状态。当输出受到任一选通输入控制时，这些输出全都强制进入高电平状态。当其中一个或两个选通输入未禁用输出时，只有选定输出为低电平，而所有其他输出为高电平。
