3 说明

INA28x-Q1 系列包括 INA282-Q1、INA283-Q1、INA284-Q1、INA285-Q1 和 INA286-Q1 器件。这些器件是电压输出分流监控器，能够在 -14V 至 +80V 范围内的共模电压下感测分流器两端的压降，与电源电压无关。零漂移架构的低偏移使得电流检测的分流器两端的最大压降低至 10mV 的满量程。

这些电流检测放大器可由电压为 2.7V 至 18V 的单电源供电，最大电源电流消耗为 900µA。这些器件的额定扩展工作温度范围为 -40°C 至 +125°C，并且采用 SOIC-8 和 VSSOP-8 封装。
