DS90LV011AH 是一款针对高数据速率和低功耗应用进行优化的 LVDS 驱动器。DS90LV011AH 是一款电流模式驱动器,即使在高频率条件下也能够保持较低的功率耗散。此外,它还能够最大限度地降低短路故障电流。该器件旨在利用低电压差分信号 (LVDS) 技术以支持超过 400Mbps (200MHz) 的数据速率。

该器件采用 5 引脚 SOT-23 封装。为简化 PCB 布局,已对 LVDS 输出进行排列。差分驱动器输出可提供低电磁干扰 (EMI),其典型的低输出摆幅为 350mV。DS90LV011AH 可与配套的单通道线路接收器 DS90LT012AH 或任何 TI 的 LVDS 接收器搭配使用,以提供高速 LVDS 接口。
