2.2.1 Restart Mode from INIT Mode in Pin Control

During startup, the TLIN1431-Q1 will exit INIT mode into restart mode and will stay in this mode for tRSTN_act before transitioning to standby mode. When entering from sleep mode or fail-safe mode, the SWE timer starts, and the device will transition to sleep mode if this timer expires before entering standby mode.
