说明

’HC4020 器件是 14 级纹波进位二进制计数器,会在时钟脉冲的负边沿触发一次计数。当清零 (CLR) 输入变为高电平时,计数器将独立于时钟 (CLK) 输入复位为零(所有输出为低电平)。
