说明

MAX232 器件是一款双路驱动器/接收器,其中包括一个电容式电压发生器,可通过单个 5V 电源提供 TIA/EIA-232-F 电压电平。每个接收器都将 TIA/EIA-232-F 输入转换为 5V TTL/CMOS 电平。这些接收器的典型阈值为 1.3V,典型迟滞为 0.5V,可接受 ±30V 输入。每个驱动器都将 TTL/CMOS 输入电平转换为 TIA/EIA-232-F 电平。
