Overview

mmWave –DFP is a device firmware package for TI’s 77GHz RF transceiver devices (AWR1243, AWR2243). This package provides firmware/ROM patches and API that provides seamless control and configuration for the RF operation in real-time from an external host device as well as allow periodic schedule calibration and functional safety monitoring. This enables the RF transceiver to be self-contained and capable of adapting itself to dynamic conditions, such as temperature changes, and minimize external intervention an external host perspective.

mmWave DFP is a device firmware package for TI's 76-81GHz mmWave sensor front end. The package includes firmware binaries and reference drivers to control, configure, calibrate and monitor the RF/analog and digital front-end subsystem. This release is only for AWR1243 ES3.0 device variant.
