- High-current inverting outputs drive up to 15 LSTTL loads
- Low power consumption, 80µA max ICC
- Typical tpd = 9ns
- ±6mA output drive at 5V
- Low input current of 1µA max
- Permit multiplexing from n lines to one line
- Perform parallel-to-serial conversion
The SN74HC253-Q1 devices contain two independent data selectors/multiplexers with full binary decoding to select 1-of-4 data sources and features strobe- controlled (OE) 3-state outputs.
