The single OPA620 is a high-speed, voltage-feedback operational amplifier designed for current sensing and precision applications. Offering unity-gain stability and high output current drive, the OPA620 delivers enhanced signal-chain precision across temperature, exceeding the performance of conventional wide-bandwidth CMOS amplifiers. Operating with a low quiescent current of 5.1mA per channel, the OPA620 is suitable for power-sensitive applications.

The OPA620 operates from a single or dual supply voltage ranging from 2.5V (±1.25V) to 5.5V (±2.75V). It features a wide common-mode input range extending beyond the supply rails, and delivers a rail-to-rail output swing within 30mV of the positive and negative supplies, enabling a wide dynamic range.

The OPA620 is available in a small 5-pin SOT-23 package and is specified for operation over an extended temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
