The ESDS31x devices are unidirectional TVS ESD protection diode array for Ethernet, USB and general purpose data line surge protection up to 25A (8/20µs). The ESDS31x devices are rated to dissipate ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4).

The devices feature a 4.5pF IO capacitance per channel making the device an excellent choice for protecting high-speed interfaces such as Ethernet 10/100/1000, USB 2.0 and GPIO. The low dynamic resistance and low clamping voltage provides system level protection against transient events.

ESDEVM — 適用於 ESD 二極體封裝的通用評估模組，包括 0402、0201等

靜電敏感裝置 (ESD) 評估模組 (EVM) 是我們大多數 ESD 產品組合的開發平台。此電路板配備所有傳統 ESD 元件封裝，可測試任意數量的裝置。裝置可以焊接到其相應的元件封裝上，然後進行測試。對於一般高速 ESD 二極體，會實作阻抗控制的配置以取得 S 參數並取消內嵌電路板軌跡。對於非高速 ESD 二極體，其元件封裝會包含連接至測試點的軌跡，讓您輕鬆執行 DC 測試，例如崩潰電壓、保持電壓、洩漏等。電路板配置也可以透過將訊號針腳短路到訊號所在的任何地方，讓任何裝置針腳都能輕鬆地連接到電源 (VCC) 或接地。

TIDA-010046 — 配備 IEEE802.3at Type-1 (≤ 12.95 W) PoE-PD 且符合 EMC 規範的 10/100-Mbps 乙太網路 PHY 參考設計

此參考設計使用低功耗乙太網路實體層 (PHY) DP83825 最佳化爲 10 至 100 Mbps，支援超過 CAT5e 電纜的 150 公尺長範圍，超出了 100 公尺 (328 英尺) 的標準乙太網路距離限制。此設計包含乙太網路纜線供電，並使用 IEEE802.3at Type-1 (13 W) PoE-PD TPS23755 裝置進行數據通訊，而此裝置具有整合式一次側穩壓返馳 DC/DC 控制器。此參考設計預先符合輻射放射、ESD 及 EFT 的測試規範。
