The UCC33411-Q1 is an automotive qualified DC/DC power module with integrated transformer technology designed to provide 1.0W of isolated output power. It can support an input voltage operation range from 4.5V to 5.5V and regulate 3.3V output voltage with a selectable headroom of 3.7V.
The UCC33411-Q1 features a proprietary transformer architecture that achieves a 5kVRMS isolation withstand voltage, while simultaneously supporting low electro-magnetic interference (EMI) and excellent load regulation.
The UCC33411-Q1 integrates protection features for increased system robustness such as enable pin with fault reporting mechanism, short circuit protection and thermal shutdown.
The UCC33411-Q1 comes in a miniaturized, low-profile SSOP (5.85mm × 7.50mm) package with 2.65mm height and > 8.2mm clearance and creepage.
