TPS7H500x-SP 耐辐射加固保障高速 PWM 控制器系列。这些控制器提供的许多功能有助于设计面向太空应用的直流/直流转换器拓扑。控制器具有精密的内部基准 (0.613V +0.7%/-1%),可配置开关频率高达 2MHz。每个器件都提供可编程斜坡补偿和软启动功能。
