3 说明

ADS1219 是一款 24 位精密模数转换器 (ADC),集成了 实施 常见系统监控功能(如电源电压、电流和温度监控)所需的所有特性。该器件 通过 灵活的输入多路复用器 (MUX)、轨至轨输入缓冲器、可编程增益级、电压基准和振荡器实现两个差分输入或四个单端输入。

该器件配备缓冲器,可直接连接高阻抗源。缓冲器可以提供增益级,可选增益有 1 和 4。ADS1219 可在数据速率高达每秒 1000 个样本 (SPS) 的情况下通过单周期稳定执行转换。针对噪声环境中的工业应用,当采样频率为 20SPS 时,数字滤波器可同时提供 50Hz 和 60Hz 抑制的需求。
