Once a transmitted or received packet is determined to be a valid time sync packet, the Ethernet Transmit Event or Ethernet Receive Event is loaded onto the Event FIFO.
The CPSW3_CPSW_NU_CPTS_EVENT_1_REG register contains the Message Type and Sequence ID values from the original time sync packet. The CPSW3_CPSW_NU_CPTS_EVENT_0_REG (and CPSW3_CPSW_NU_CPTS_EVENT_3_REG) register contains the time stamp value when the packet arrived at the corresponding port.
