24.2.3.2 FIFO Status bits

The UNICOMM-SPI module supports the below FIFO status bits:

  • Receive FIFO Full: when all elements are populated
  • Receive FIFO Empty: when there are no elements in the HEAD
  • Transmit FIFO Full: when all elements are populated
  • Transmit FIFO Empty: when are no elements in the FIFO

In addition to this, FIFO clear status – RXCLR/TXCLR will also be present (refer to Clearing FIFO Contents).
