说明

SN74LXC1T14 是一款具有施密特触发输入的一位双电源反相电压电平转换器件。输入引脚 A 以 VCCI 逻辑电平为基准,输出引脚 Y 以 VCCO 逻辑电平为基准。输入引脚 A 能够接受 1.1V 至 5.5V 的电压,并且可以直接连接到 VCCI 或 GND。请参阅器件功能模式,简要了解逻辑的运行方式。

该器件可确保低功耗,并且完全符合使用 Ioff 的部分断电应用的规范要求。当器件断电时,Ioff 电路将会禁用输出。这会抑制电流反流到器件中,从而防止损坏器件。
