TI recommends powering AVCC
from the same source. A maximum difference of ±0.1 V between AVCC
can be tolerated during power up and operation. See Section 5.4
for decoupling capacitor recommendations.
(2) Supply voltage must not change faster than 1 V/ms. Faster changes can cause the VCCDET to trigger a reset even within the recommended supply voltage range.
