[MUSIC PLAYING] In order to submit a US tax exemption certificate, please follow the instructions listed on our FAQ. You will need to create a new case with Customer Support and wait for approval to use your exemption on ti.com. Before submitting a tax certificate, please ensure that information listed out is included on your state-issued certificate. Once your exemption is approved, when you're ready to check out, please ensure you do the following to use your exemption properly so you will not be charged taxes. Make sure you were logged into your My TI Account with your company's email domain associated to the tax certificate. Select shipping to a business. Choose your shipping address state for which your tax certificate is set up for. Input your company name exactly as it is shown on your tax certificate. Do not use abbreviations, and ensure all spacing and punctuation is exact. And then, select Yes to apply the tax exemption to your order.
