3, Guidelines:

   1, each model should have its own folder named by the part (the part folder).

   2, under the part folder, a folder named by the release date should be 
      created for each revision of the model (revision folder).

   3, if two or more parts share the same model, only one revision folder 
      contains the IBIS file and the release notes. The revision folders of all 
      additional parts shuold contain a copy of the release notes.

   4, Do NOT delete anything after a release is made. If there was an error, 
      make a new release and document it in the release notes.

4, Guidelines for the release notes:

   1, the first release notes should contain:

      1, part name.

      2, the name of the person who developed the model.

      3, anything needs to be documented about the making of the model.

   2, each subsequent release notes should contain the information of the 
      previous release, what has been changed for this release, and who made 
      the change.
