Powertrain sensors specific to HEV/EV systems include:
Current sense - based on type of system shunt/hall/flux based current sensors are used in HEV/EV
Temperature sensors - Battery temperature, IGBT, e-machine/motor temperature etc. Remote temperature sensors are used for certain applications.
Position Sensor - Motor position sensor such as resolvers are used.
