OPA837 理论上非常适合单端逐次逼近型寄存器 (SAR) 模数转换器 (ADC) 驱动 应用,能够针对 3mW 静态功率提供最低的输入点噪声级别之一 (4.7nV/√Hz)。极高的 50MHz 增益带宽积可针对高频率提供低输出阻抗,这是在 SAR ADC 驱动器应用中提供快速充电电流 所必需的。该低动态输出阻抗还适用于采用精密 ADC 的 基准 缓冲器应用。单通道 OPA837 采用 6 引脚 SOT-23 封装(包含电源关断特性)和 5 引脚 SC70 封装。
OPA837 具有 –40°C 至 +125°C 的宽额定运行温度范围。
