此 TI 验证设计是一种使用 18 位 SAR ADC ADS8881 的高性能数据采集系统 (DAQ),吞吐量为 1MSPS。此设计已经过优化,可以提供适用于 10 KHz 满标量程输入正弦波的最低功耗解决方案。此设计已经过优化,总功耗低于 35mW,可实现高于 16 位于有效分辨率。ADC 的输入驱动器使用 OPA320 以实现低功耗、低噪声和线性轨至轨输入和输出操作。基准缓冲器驱动器利用由 THS4281 和 OPA333 构成的复合缓冲器在最低功耗下实现所需的性能。
